A partnership between OREO and Disney meant co-branding multiple seamless user journeys. Goal; aid customers in the creation of custom cookies and/or purchasing of various preset packs. This not only meant a strong Disney Mickey & Friends presence throughout OREO.com, but also a customized cookie building experience.

Our primary driver with Nourse was to improve their website so that it could service at-home gardeners and commercial growers. We leveraged tools like Shopify custom pricing, made integrations with Celigo and Netsuite, and created an easy to use landing page framework. We also provided the Nourse CS team with much more control and quality-of-life features for managing their complex order fulfilment process.

We helped Mondelez brands OREO, CLIF, RITZ, and Snackworks migrate their Email and SMS efforts to Braze. This allowed the brands to deliver personalized experiences by integrating their custom data warehouse for advanced segmentation & using AI product recommendations.

Accepts *most* Cookies

OREO's OreoID platform allows customers to customize cookies with sprinkles, text, and even a photo upload to be printed directly onto each. We created a custom routine to screen for bad faith uploads and remove them. This gives Oreo more confidence to promote the program, and thus increase its usage and revenue.

A Digital Concierge

For Kiva, we took the same information that would drive a typical flavor-notes section and used it to create a 'Digital Budtender' experience. Instead of reading or even filtering info, users are asked what their targeted state is and then recommendations are made. Just like in a dispensary.

Regulation complexity

Papa & Barkley, in addition to doing business in every state for their hemp-based products, offer a psychoactive range that is only available in specified states. We created a multifaceted age gate that allows for this kind of complexity in the decision tree.

A sustainability story in every bottle

We collaborated with COR on their farmer-first initiative to facilitate transparent lot tracing for every bottle. This allows customers to investigate the sourcing of their food and build trust with COR.

Easy to Find Nutritional Information

Data showed that nutritional and allergen information was highly important to both consumers shopping directly onsite, but also people on their phones looking for more info while in the grocery store, so we made it easier to filter and search the product catalog by those attributes.

The CLIF website offers always-on convenience for households who keep their products as pantry staples. We created a custom dashboard to manage subscriptions, helping users easily get the right amount of product delivered every month and reducing churn.

Reducing Canceled Orders and Returns

We worked with OREO’s customer success team and analyzed onsite behavioral data to identify consumer pain points in their custom cookie builder to inform UX optimizations that reduce the volume of returns and canceled orders.

Consumer complaints in summer months were reduced by 60%
