We're now seeking an Email Marketing Manager to further elevate our email marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about crafting personalized email experiences and driving engagement and conversions through meticulous strategy and execution.

Role Overview:

The Email Marketing Manager will be the mastermind behind our email, sms, and direct messaging strategies, focusing on creating compelling content and personalized experiences for our audience. You will oversee the development and execution of the email content calendar, ensuring each campaign is effectively integrated with our broader marketing plans. This role demands a creative yet analytical approach to email marketing, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making to enhance campaign performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the email content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant communication with our audience.

  • Engage in weekly meetings with clients to present results, status updates, and collaboratively plan future content strategies.

  • Craft engaging, personalized 1:1 messaging campaigns that drive conversions and enhance customer loyalty.

  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and compelling email content.

  • Segment email lists and personalize emails for targeted groups to increase effectiveness.

  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, using insights to optimize future campaigns.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act) governing email marketing.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in email marketing to continually improve our strategies.

  • Maintain a framework of email and sms examples and best practices on behalf of our clients.

    Experience & Skills Required:

    • Proven experience in email marketing, with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.

    • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo & Braze) and analytics tools within those platforms and Google Analytics.

    • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling creative briefs and effective review of creative work.

    • Collaborate with our creative team to craft effective email and SMS campaigns.

    • Collaborate with our product team to ensure the website is meeting our strategic expectations for email landing pages and data collection.

    • Collaborate with our strategists to uncover opportunities for data capture and personalization.

    • Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and campaign analysis.

    • Knowledge of email best practices, deliverability, and compliance regulations.

    • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

      • Between $90,000 - $125,000 annually based on role fit, prior work, and experience.
