Position Overview
We're looking for a designer with 3-5 years of experience who has a strong foundation in brand design and a deep understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
You'll work across a variety of projects including ecommerce creative, paid social, CRM, product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand campaigns. Every day looks a little different, so we're looking for someone who enjoys switching between mediums while maintaining a high level of craft.
You'll report directly to the Creative Director and collaborate closely with creative leads, project managers, strategists, growth marketers, and developers to create work that is both beautiful and effective.
Key Responsibilities
Design digital creative across CRM, paid social, ecommerce, and websites
Develop campaign concepts and VISID’s for product launches and seasonal promotions
Create site graphics, landing pages, banners, and ecommerce merchandising assets
Translate brand guidelines into compelling digital experiences while helping evolve visual systems over time
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept through execution
Present work clearly, receive feedback thoughtfully, and iterate quickly
Maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Required Exaperience
3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, within an agency or consumer brand
Strong background in digital design within the context of DTC.
Exceptional understanding of typography, composition, color, hierarchy, and layout
Ability to blend photography, illustration, typography, and graphic elements into cohesive, ownable creative
Experience designing across multiple digital channels with an understanding of how creative adapts across platforms
Technical Experience
Figma
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Preferred Qualifications
Print experience is a plus. The job is 98% digital, about 2% print.
Motion design and animation experience is a plus
